What we collect

• Newsletter: your email address and chosen language, on the basis of your consent, collected by double opt-in — an unconfirmed address receives nothing.
• Professional prospecting: name, role, employer and the public source identifying the executives we approach for a portrait, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
• Editorial audience measurement: counters aggregated per article and per day, with no identifier, no IP address retained and no cookie. This data cannot identify you.

Retention periods

• Subscribers: until unsubscribing, then deletion.
• Prospects with no reply: three years after the last contact.
• Audience measurement: aggregated data, kept without limit as it is not personal.

Recipients and transfers outside the European Union

Your data is hosted with Supabase, in a European Union region. The site is served by Vercel (United States), which processes technical logs.

As the publisher is established in the United Arab Emirates, a country without an adequacy decision, transfers to the publisher are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. A copy can be requested at donnees@platiniumpost.com.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to donnees@platiniumpost.com: we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
